Hi Nafees,

Based on the paths I see in this Makefile, if you did something like this:

./configure --with-nvsdk-prefix=/usr/home/nafees/src/Cg/SDK_bak/inc ...

I think configure would work.  If not, it's possible that it's not finding 
your fltk-config binary.
