It looks good and quite complete, thanks. I made two changes:* --enable-windows-64 is the default, so I omitted it and described --disable-windows-64 instead.
* --enable-64 is the default if building for Windows 64, so I omitted it and added extra info for the --enable-fortran-int-64 option.
