Can't move Octave window on Windows 10.

Subject: Can't move Octave window on Windows 10.

Just installed Octave on Windows10 and launched Octave. It is opening at the
upper left corner of the display and can't see any means to be able to move
the window. New to Octave and need ideas to see if it is possible to move
the window.
