All,
While working on profiling I tried to compile a static version of Octave
configured with "--enable-static --disable-shared".
This fails with
GEN libinterp/dldfcn/__delaunayn__.oct
/usr/bin/install: omitting directory 'libinterp/dldfcn/.libs/'
Makefile:27220: recipe for target 'libinterp/dldfcn/__delaunayn__.oct' failed
Is a static version of Octave even possible anymore? If not, can we just
remove the option which would simplify configure.ac quite a bit as well.
