You are right, these functions are one-liners, i.e. not too difficult to
implement.
If you give me some startup help, I can maybe implement them on my own and
provide a patch to be integrated into one of the two packages, control or
signal. I just had a look on the implementation of mag2db() and db2mag(),
seems feasible for me.
If the wiki-page is really up to date, I ask myself, in which package to
implement them, control or signal? And second, why are mag2db() and db2mag()
not implemented in the signal package, but the control package.
