Thanks for noticing that and reporting the right packages needed. This
had been mentioned on Debian bug #790626 [1] but it wasn't clear to me
what change required that dependency.
Knowing this was needed I might not have pushed this on stable. Not
being able to build with Texinfo 6 is bad, but so is not being able to
build because of dependency creep. What do you think, is this new
build-dependency an acceptable change for 4.0.1? Need to be mentioned
in NEWS? Or since the packages are called "recommended" users should
have them already? I didn't install anything new, so I must have
already had the right one.
