Should we upgrade this bug (https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/index.php?42537)
to a blocker for the gui-release?
The default for Octave in 4.0 is going to be the GUI and the default in the
GUI is the QT toolkit for plotting. Thus, it would be really nice, if not
imperative, that users be able to print plots without a lot of instructions
about switching to a different toolkit.
