Hi Arno,
I noticed that the hmmviterbi implementation uses the probability
space and not the log of the probabilities. AFAIK, this causes
important loss of precision due to the recursive products.
Are you aware of this problem?
Would you agree to convert the products into sum of logarithms inside
the algorithm?
