I have pushed a few more updates to pt_PT. However, I will not be able
to complete them any time soon. I wouldn't worry much though, since
there's only a few left, (note that the following are not meant
globally, only in context of Portuguese culture) it's usually a matter
of shame to require a translation, and anyone using Octave is unlikely
to have problems with English, specially anyone smart enough to
activate experimental features.
