Sorry, I remembered fixing this problem and testing it but apparently my fix did not get transferred to the source tree that I push to savannah. I checked in the following changeset: http://hg.savannah.gnu.org/hgweb/octave/rev/44f3a9f6e791 Thanks, jwe
