| Looks like a typo mkoctfile.cc.in <--> mkoctfile.in.cc

| A trivial change is attached. Since we are close to a release, I thought it
best to check with you before pushing.
Oops, there's also no mkoctfile.in.sh file in the stable archive (it's
mkoctfile.in there), so that one should be fixed too.
