I just pressed Enter repeatedly.
It turned out that ML threw up an edit window with the requested files.

I've quit and restarted ML each time.

For me this is easy work - I have ML 2013a installed locally and can just
copy-paste (until after half an hour as by then it is bed time in W-Europe).

You can also send larger archives to run by mail directly (I think the list
is better but I find Nabble a bit clumsy for attaching files).
