I had forgotten that this webpage existed:

     http://www.gnu.org/software/octave/related.html

Is any of that still relevant? Both octaviz and octplot are abandoned,
and they seem irrelevant now in light of the fltk backend. I don't
know if either Tango or pOctave are useful, can someone check?

If not, perhaps it would be ok to get rid of this webpage altogether.
We just had a question in #octave about someone wanting to install
octplot.
