BrookGPU is distributed under terms of GPL and BSD-License:

The Brook+-API is part of AMD's Stream-package
(http://developer.amd.com/Downloads/atistream_1.4.0_beta-lnx32.tar.gzip).
The code written by Ronny Lindner is distributed under terms of GPL, too.
Because the Octave-plugins calls brook-API and stand itself under terms of GPL,
there is no problem to link against BSD-License.
