Single file download link broken for octave-forge

I think the link to download the entire set of octave-forge packages from
http://octave.sourceforge.net/packages.html
is incorrect.  When I click on the "single file" link at the top of the 
page, it takes me to a sourceforge download for a different sourceforge 
project ( the Nice programming language).  I then went straight to the 
sourceforge page and I was able to download the full thing, so I think 
it is just a link problem.
