Hello,

this one seems to work correctly (the 'work' vector was a bit to small).
Could someone please sort the last problem: the alpha and beta are stored in 
a fortran vector, and need to be put back on the main diagonal of
left_singular_matrix_A and left_singular_matrix_B. I suppose there are
special operators to go from fortran to Octave ordering ?
