Your comment got cut off, but I see what you mean.  I think I messed with a
long time ago to get it to work.  Basically, one can't use the 0x1D record
separator between entries which then has a blank expansion because everything
is a comment (preceded by @c Texinfo comment marker).  The hack is just to
include it with the keyword above in op-kw-docs and realize that it will never
be printed in output.
