see attached image. tootip pops up as
<html><head><body><p>Disable
global shortcuts in order to prevent
interference with readline key strokes.
Exceptions: Ctrl-C for interrupting the
interpreter and the shortcuts for
switching to other widgets.</p></
body></html>
