Follow-up Comment #1:
In the future, please attach logs as a file instead of posting them directly
in the comments.
The errors in `blockproc` seem to be fixed already in the package repository
(but no new release has been made yet). See also bug #59022.
The tests for `imadjust` work for me with Octave 6.2 on Windows 10 and the
image package that comes bundled with it.
Which version of Windows do you use?
Does the following report any failing BISTs for you?
pkg uninstall image # to return to the bundled image package
pkg load image
test imadjust
