Follow-up Comment #7, bug #59546 (project octave):

To make use of the new feature, I had to in install `libqt5svg5-dev` on my
Ubuntu 20.10. Without that package, building the GUI was completely disabled.
Should we require the Qt5Svg library for the GUI from now on? Or would it make
sense to selectively disable only the LaTeX feature without that package? The
former is probably good enough imho.

But even with that package installed, I failed to produce a plot with LaTeX
labels or texts.

Could you please provide an example to make sure I'm using the correct
commands?
