Follow-up Comment #1, bug #53743 (project octave):
Found the same problem
GNU Octave Version: 5.2.0 (ubuntu 20.04)
when I tried to set the Nan-values in a plot to gray:
set(gca,'color',[0.5 0.5 0.5])
which turned out nice in the plot,
but not in the print
