Details:

The GUI setting for a custom editor worked in version 5.2 and no longer works
in 6.1 or 6.2.

Specifically I set it to "vim +%l %f".  I also tried using the absolute
pathname, /usr/bin/vim, to no avail.

OS: Linux Mint 20.1
Octave built and installed from source code.
