Follow-up Comment #2:

Thanks for the report. I only have a windows 7 on a virtual machine with two
screens where I am not able to reproduce this (with a recent 6.1.0 version and
a build from the default branch). Does the issue still occur with a 6.1.0 or
6.2.0 version of octave?
