Follow-up Comment #15, bug #58282 (project octave):

@Markus: Yes there should be a test if gl2ps was consistent, but it looks like
the GL2PS_BLEND option only affects polygons (triangles), not lines. For
example transparent grid lines are always printed transparent event though we
don't detect their presence in gl2ps-renderer::has_alpha.
