Follow-up Comment #51, bug #57635 (project octave): Updates: There is a pending bug report for setFocusProxy in the Qt tracker. The problem is introduced with Qt 5.13.1, the same version as @Torsten mentioned in comment #39. Beyond this, the report also provides further insight into the behavior of setFocusProxy. I'm not that deep in Qt, but it sounds related: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-83720 Furthermore i can reproduce the problem with a small Qt application that only contains QTabWidget and QTextEdit and a proxy chain set up like in the Octave GUI. Therefore I rule out a dependency on QScintilla. _______________________________________________________ Reply to this item at: <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?57635> _______________________________________________ Message sent via Savannah https://savannah.gnu.org/
