Thanks for reviewing, unfortunately v2 turned out to be a botched cset, sorry
for wasting your time.
(I wonder how that cset became that way)

Attached is v3. I hope all your critique has been met.

For this cset version I rewrote the pkg.m texinfo parts about the 'load' and
'unload' actions, but I'm not a native English speaker so I suppose some
improvement might be due there.

As to the multi-line error messages, I learned that formatting using "\" from
Rik. But OK, I turned them into a concatenated string, using [...] as it is
the format string.

cellfun (... "uni", ...)': also present in scripts/gui/uisetfont.m

On "ii" and "jj": must be a relict from my Fortran 77 time (several decades
back) where it was very hard to distinguish "i", "l" and "1" (in capitals) on
line printer output and more recently in Octave I got hit by interference with
complex variables :-)
