Follow-up Comment #13, bug #57585 (project octave):

I have (for this test) exchanged the one (and only) occurance of "uint" in the
header file connectivity.h by "unsigned int" (it's on line 43). And afterwards
I could sucessfully install the dev-image-package on Octave 5.1.90 under
Windows 10.

* I will proceed with further tests on Win 10, now.

* Whoever has the opportunity to push this change to the repo, feel free to do
so. Otherwise I will do it during the next days.
