Follow-up Comment #4, bug #57633 (project octave): "bell" is \a, but \0 does not work (at least the octave editor shows the same behavior as geany). How do you enter \0 in notepad++? I agree that not being able to find and replace \n and/or \r is really not helpful. Since the alternative would be to code the complete find procedure by ourselves, we have to live with this for now.
