Follow-up Comment #21, bug #57490 (project octave):

I think the German translation is almost finished.  I used grep to find 20
translations which still have the unfinished tag, but appear to have
translations.  I've attached the list to the bug report as the file
de_DE.unfinished.list.  It is short enough that I can reproduce it below as
well.
