Follow-up Comment #1, bug #56640 (project octave):
Please let me ask for two trivial but with MS Windows problems very effective
attempts for fixing the issue:
1. Did you try to fully restart your computer since the problem occurred?
2. Did you try to reinstall Octave?
If none of these worked, we can further try investigate the problem.
