Follow-up Comment #8, bug #56416 (project octave):

Pls, replace octave-cli.exe with octave-gui.exe in -no-gui mode, too! I
replaced it in my own .bat file, and it is works well. I can use QT graphics
nicely in no-gui mode also in this way.
