Update of bug #56600 (project octave): Status: None => Need Info _______________________________________________________ Follow-up Comment #2: The "async" keyword is an Octave extension, as far as I can tell, it is not documented here: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/system.html So a different return value when the "async" argument is used is not a Matlab compatibility issue.
