= Incorrect fpath returned from uigetfile(), LINUX MINT 18.3 =

== Basic info ==
* Operation system: LINUX MINT 18.3 (upgraded from 18.1)
* Octave installed through flatpak: Version 5.1

== Problem description ==

[~, fpath, ~] = uigetfile()


The returned fpath is the path of the currecnt working directory shown on
Octave window, not the path of the file being selected.

== Other Info: ==
* This problem does not exist on the windows 8, the same octave version
without installation.
* This problem does not exist on LINUX MINT 18.3 installed through LINUX MINT
package manager (Octave version 4.*)
