[Nel] irc.openprojects.net name change

Hi All,

I was browsing through your news page (http://www.nevrax.org/news/) and
noticed that the official NeL chat channel is listed as being on
irc.openprojects.net, and I wanted to remind you that name has changed.  As
of August of last year, OPN has changed its name to 'freenode.' As part of
the cleanup at the beginning of this year, the 'openprojects.net' domain is
no longer active.

You should probably let your users know that the way to access the servers
is now via the hostname 'irc.freenode.net'.
