[Nel] Collisions and rbank

[Rus Hughes]

Whilst building an rbank for my world, I get the following errors on all 
my zones. Could someone suggest why Im getting values like 163839 when I 
should be getting values of less than 32767?

I think ive set everything up correctly to build the rbank, as i get no 
configuration errors or anything
