Need to consider if this is a useful thing to do, because if the receiver of 
friendship request didn't accept / reject the request, it will still be 
displayed in the notification area. Hence, simply deleting and resending the 
request will not attract any more attention to that request.

If, alternatively, the user has rejected the request, sender *should* (in the 
current implementation) automatically be able to send the request again.


If you do not want to receive automatic notifications from FogBugz anymore, 
change your preferences in the Options screen.
