[Monotone-debian] Bug#636096: error while loading shared libraries: libbotan-1.8.2.so

Since the recent upgrade of libbotan-1.8.2 I also got this error.
Rebuilding against the current version of libotan-1.8.2 in sid allowed
the package to be used. This package just needs to have a binnmu
scheduled.

In the meantime, anyone experiencing this problem can downgrade
libbotan-1.8.2 to the version that's currently in testing (1.8.12-1).
