Sorry - yes, we have, it is called net.venge.monotone-viz.debian-diff.
It is in monotone.ca database and it contains all of monotone-viz plus
the Debian packaging stuff.  I have not worked on it in months and, in
fact, the latest upload of monotone-viz is not in it.

I think it would be a good idea to start over in a new branch
org.debian.monotone-viz containing only the Debian-specific files.
