[Monotone-debian] Updated packaging

Ludovic,

I've updated the Debian packaging with two backported fixes and pushed
to www.ada-france.org. The first is the fix for DBTS 574512. The second
is a fix for an ancestry traversal bug I encountered whilst trying to
checkout monotone to locate the first fix :) (see the devel list). As
this is pretty recent, feel free to disapprove it, or wait a little
while to see if it has any issues (it looks pretty trivial though).

Regarding #559893, as far as I can tell, this is fixed and can be closed.

Regarding #566060, this was just waiting on a reply from the original
submitter. The submitted translation was included in 0.47 and was even
updated yesterday in monotone mainline so I assume the submitter just
started communicating with the monotone developers directly. Again, I
think this can be closed.
