[Monotone-debian] Bug#512035: Please package monotone 0.42

Well, the archive is unfrozen again, but it turns out that there are
some fairly serious bugs in 0.42, and 0.43-to-be has an improvement
wanted by Debian for some time, the removal of the bundled libraries.
My current inclination is to package a pre-0.43 snapshot in
experimental and wait for 0.43 final before uploading to unstable.

There is an unofficial 0.42 package on mentors.debian.net, but read
this thread first and see if it will affect you:

(basically, large pulls from an 0.42 server hang up the server for
several minutes).
