Hi Zack, could you please fix the following:

The error is due to monotone.pdf being gzipped, which is incorrect as
PDF files are already compressed.  dh_compress -X.pdf is necessary.  I
haven't looked at the warnings.

Since you've tagged 0.40-2 already, I guess -3 is in order :/
