Unfortunately, this is a "can't happen" condition, and there's not
enough information for me to have any idea what's gone wrong, nor is
there enough information in the full build log.

Is there any chance you can build the package manually on an s390 and
see if you can reproduce the failure, and if so, tar up and send me
the complete build directory?
