ChangeLog: 

* cmd_ws_commit.cc (get_log_message_interactively): before processing
  every part of the log message in detail, try to find the cancel
  hint - the previous code aborted the commit even if the cancel
  hint was still in the log message, but slightly displaced
  (fixes mtn bug #30215)
* tests/changelog_editor/*: add a test for this case
* NEWS: note the fix
