ChangeLog: 

* tests/branch_leaves_sync_bug/__driver__.lua: This test didn't work
  if there was no monotone executable outside the test root (which
  was obviously bad to depend on). So instead of using min_hooks.lua
  we use test_hooks.lua which configures get_mtn_command properly
  for the test environment.
