ChangeLog: 

* changeset_browser.ui: remove label in front of search box
* BranchView.h,cpp: add menu items to suspend an active branch and
  to reload the list
* ChangesetBrowser.h, cpp: implement the creation of suspend certs
  on active branch heads; change the implementation of certCreated()
  and call invalidate methods on the affected models to clear their
  cached data
* DatabaseDialogManager.cpp: the changeset browser itself emits
  a certCreated signal when suspend cert is created, wire that with
  the proxy signal
* Branches.h,cpp: implement branch cache invalidation; reorder some
  of the code and make it less crashy...
* GetBranchLog.h,cpp: same here
