ChangeLog: 

 * Added a split_between_equal_commits() function, which is capable of
   splitting commit blobs with multiple events on the same file with the
   same changelog, author and timestamp, but different RCS versions. It
   splits by comparing dependencies between the two events.
 * In merge_parents_for_artificial_rev(): make sure the node exists in
   the merged roster, before trying to drop it.
