ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneThread.cpp: revert the previous L() messages to normal debug
messages again to decrease verbosity
* InventoryView.cpp: rootIndex() seems to be quite off when returning
the actual root index (ie. especially if there was no index set via
setRootIndex()), so we're creating our own index directly from the model
and use this to figure out the root item path
