* cmd_files.cc (AUTOMATE(identify)): the output went to the wrong stream
in 0.40 introduced by a change which happened in 
nvm.experiment.db-compaction; this has been fixed / reverted
* NEWS: note the bugfix
* tests/automate_identify/__driver__.lua: ...and test for it in the future
