ChangeLog: 

* fix a problem with Mac's FileOpen events which apparently came through
before our single shot event yet again - now if we get such an event we
queue its argument in programArgs and later on process its value within
loadSomething()
* if the open prompt was shown and a file / path should be opened, this
new file/path was put inaccessible into the background; we're now ensuring
that the open prompt gets hidden in such a case
* get rid of the global boolean somethingLoaded, this is not needed anymore
