ChangeLog: 

* MonotoneThread.cpp: even if the mtn process hasn't started yet we should
call cleanup(), otherwise queued tasks won't get aborted properly
* MonotoneManager.cpp: if a thread sends its aborted signal, wait for the
thread to be finished before deleting it, otherwise we might receive
segfaults if the thread hasn't finished yet cleaning itself up; also, move
the code to display the  message box to Guitone.cpp
* Guitone.h/cpp: wire the taskAborted() signal from the manager together
with a custom slot - also re-enable the open prompt dialog if it is still
open and no other window has been created in the meantime
